This book was published to accompany VAIN - The Foundation of  Emptiness Study guide and Workbook. This journal has the same chapters as the study guide and workbook and should be used to record your committed changes after reading each chapter. Each chapter has a quotation from the chapter in the study guide and a motivational statement at the end. This book is also used in a online workshop shop entitled Redefining The My Purpose being offered by Word Alive Ministries International, our sister company.
